Designer Krafts is the culmination of Daryl's  lifelong passion for woodworking, which started with a simple patio set that was built in high school. That project won him accolades from the U.S. Senate and Congress, reinforcing his commitment to quality craftsmanship. Since then, Daryl has expanded his skills and vision to create exceptional outdoor spaces that clients adore. Daryl takes great pride in ensuring that every deck, fence, ramp, or dock he designs is not only beautiful and functional but also a reflection of your unique aesthetic preferences.

From Daryl:

"When I was in high school I designed my own patio set off a picture I saw on a magazine cover. I made my own plans and my own lumber order when I was 15 and in 10th grade. I worked on it for 3 years and milled all the lumber down from rough sawn dimensional material. I had to plane every board down to the right thickness and size so that’s why it took all 3 years. This patio set lasted over 20 years before I gave it away to live another 10 or more years with someone else."
